Friendly staff and right in the old town. Nice breakfasts
We had a catered evening meal at the hotel and the food was only average - not good value compared some of the restauramts we went to. On the other hand the food was a lot better that what we had in a recommended restaurant.

Excellent, quiet location in the old and busy city of Hanoi. Hotel staff organised tours for our group of 11, including an in-house Reunion Dinner. Room was large with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with both Asian and European food but the service was slow and clumsy although attentive in its execution.

Given the wrong room and not informed about it until i realised.

Staffs are very kind and helpful. They always help you and provide a good advice.
Just a location and surrounding area that is negative. Other than that, everything is quite impressive.
-
small room but quite clean, staff was helpful
Terrible noisy because the hotel was next the bar open rock music 24/24, I felt stunned and unable to sleep. People laught out loud all night with the music creates a chaotic space, loudly. If you do not want to lose precious time to rest after a day trip to explore the city or somewhere, do not choose that hotel.

Hanoi Imperial hotel is a gem in Hanoi Old quarter. Loved everything about Hanoi Imperial Hotel. Nearby restaurants and pubs abound. Hotel staff warm and receptive, housekeeping was very good as everything was tidy and in perfect order. Buffet breakfast was good and a nice addition. We were upgraded to deluxe room with no more charges and that was great . The facilities were immaculate. Our room was so large and clean with modern Flat TV ,DVD player, air-conditioning, nice bath- tube. We loved the Vietnamese amenities and I loved the bathroom... particularly the shower. There were many different guests there during my stay, from families to older couples to young couples, and all seemed to be enjoying themselves. The Imperial stands over our expectation as a three star hotel. In summation, a great place with a great location and great people. Sure for coming back again. We highly recommend this hotel !
Nothing, everything in smooth and perfect

Hotel is conveniently located in a quiet street in the old quarter of town. Breakfast is reasonably basic but adequate.
The breakfast area could do with a make over.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location close to old town, great clean room.
access to internet was a bit hit and miss.

Thank you to all the staff of the Hotel Hanoi Imperial for making my stay in Hanoi so enjoyable and memorable. This is a brand new hotel but this hotel is an amazing 3 star. The Imperial stands far above other 3 stars . It is well worth the few extra dollars. The rooms are spacious and well equiped. The beds are comfortable and you get a light show whilst you take a shower (you have to see the shower heads)! The ladies at reception speak very good English, always smilling and can help to arrange tours of the city or recommend places to go.. Food outlet, shopping, night market, entertainment in the Old quarter in Hanoi all within walking distance. 2 min to Hoan Kiem Lake and close to major attraction. I have no hesitation recommending the Hanoi Imperial to anyone looking for a quality 3 star hotel in close proximity to much of Hanoi's attractions. Thanks again to all the staff at the 'Imperial'

We have stayed in Hanoi for one night and Hanoi imperial Hotel is much different from any other I have stayed at! The architecture is very modern, beautiful and luxury facilities such as: Steam/ massage bath-room, Flat LCD TV, very nice decor, spacious rooms with two big windows... . The location is super and really great for people who want to experience Hanoi in its entirety : Food outlet, shopping, night market, bar club… Fine quality 3 star hotel with a ‘Plus.' Staff courteous , helpful and they are always willing to help. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very satisfied and value for money. I would highly recommend it. Definitely, will be back.

Normal place in Old Hanoi.
Everything was ok )
-
Friendly staff and the hotel is located at the center of activities.
Toilet clogged frequently.
-
Friendly staff and good location which is close to tourist attractions. I like the big family room they gave as there were 3 of us traveling. Nice gesture of placing a real rosé in the bathroom and offering free fruit everyday which is varied.
Lift smells of urine. Path leading to hotel is dusty and uneven.
